When he worked with our Ministry and Personnel team, Ross had a whole group of people who had never worked in pastoral relations or human resources before. By the time he had spent a day with them, a group of folks with good intentions became confident leaders who understood the sacredness of the ministry they were called to serve and the ethical discipline required to ensure our staff and our church continued to be a vibrant community of faith.   Rev M.F.
